Ivan Fernandes (Promoter and Managing Director of Regent Technologies Limited) is a well known name in BFSI for over 3 decades as he created branch automation – Quaestor in the 90s, Internet and Mobile Banking in the early 2000 and implemented these solutions in over 60 Banks in the Middle East, India, Far East and Europe.

Ivan is a successful serial Entrepreneur, Investor, Mentor and Coach. 

Ivan promoted Kanara Entrepreneurs in the year 2004 to promote entrepreneurship among individuals, especially students. He is the Global Chairman and has been instrumental in setting up chapters in Bangalore and Dubai and Student Entrepreneur Cells in St. Aloysius Institute of Management in Mangalore, Christ University and St. Josephs Institute of Management in Bangalore.

He is also the founder and Past President of TiE Dubai chapter.
